Duane Betts Releases ‘Colors Fade’, an acoustic duo rendition with Johnny Stachela
Duane Betts shares “Colors Fade,” an evocative acoustic duo rendition of the standout track originally released as a full band version on his acclaimed debut album, Wild & Precious Life, issued in July 2023 via Royal Potato Family.
“Johnny Stachela and I recorded this in the study of my dad’s house as he listened down the hall while we played,” says Betts. “For that reason alone, it’s a very special memory. I think you can hear the magic we were both feeling as we were performing the song.”
