British Blues Award winner for best female vocalist, Dani Wilde would like to dedicate her new VizzTone single, “Brave,” to all of the brave Doctors, Nurses and Key Workers around the globe.
Composed and produced by singer-songwriter/guitarist Dani Wilde, “Brave” shows her exploring new territory. “I wanted to maintain the organic raw emotion of the blues whilst also taking inspiration from traditional popular song arrangements. I love how artists like Patty Griffin, Paul Simon and John Mayer take the blues but fuse it with Americana and popular song to create something beautiful.” Dani adds, “Until I had my daughter, I didn’t know I could love so fiercely. She is my world and our little family unit is my sanctuary. This song is about my experience of having to be ‘Brave like a warrior’ for her – but I hope lyrically it will resonate with anyone searching for their inner strength.”

Wilde has released four solo studio albums plus the ‘Girls with Guitars’ album for Ruf Records (Luther Alison/Jimmy Vaughan/Louisiana Red). Wilde’s album “Songs About You” was released in April 2015. The record has been described as “An honest and intimate songbook combining country, blues and gospel into spellbinding melodies and grooves.”
In 2017, Dani Wilde signed to the Vizztone Label Group and released her label debut, Live at Brighton Road in June of 2017. In 2020 Wilde released a new single, “Howling At The Moon” via Vizztone. She has performed alongside and opened for Journey, Foreigner, Johnny Winter and Robben Ford, Bobby Womack, Koko Taylor, Tedeschi Trucks Band and Sound Garden.
Having worked alongside blues and soul royalty in the UK such as Mike Vernon and Pee Wee Ellis, Wilde has earned her reputation as a world class singer and songwriter. Inspired by Blues, Country and Gospel, Wilde’s music has topped iTunes Blues charts and Country music chart’s top 40. In 2016, her music was featured in the NBC drama series, “Aquarius.”
A passionate advocate for the charity ‘Moving Mountains’ Dani Wilde is also recognized for her humanitarian work fighting to prevent child poverty in Kenya.
